The daifuku is finished off by sprinkling matcha on it.

Hojicha flavour <br>The daifuku dough is made from glutinous rice flour and beet sugar, and is stuffed with hojicha bean paste made from white bean paste, beet sugar and hojicha powder, as well as cream made from soy milk.
The daifuku is finished off by sprinkling roasted green tea powder around it.
